Malaysia Ontology Association
Persatuan Ontologi Malaysia (POM) was officially established on 5 May 2025 with the mission of advancing the philosophy and practice of Ontological Life Coaching to create richer and more fulfilling human experiences.
Guided by our mission, “For the Betterment of Mankind,” POM is committed to expanding human potential and enhancing individual well-being, health, inner development, and knowledge.
Persatuan Ontologi Malaysia（POM）⻢来⻄亚⽣命⼯程师协会于 2025 年 5 ⽉ 5 ⽇正式成⽴，致⼒于推⼴⽣命⼯程理念，创造更富⾜的⽣命体验。秉持着「For the Betterment of Mankind 为⼈类的进步迈进」为协会使命，提升⼈类的可能性，改善⼈们的福祉、健康、内⼼及知识状态。
Our purpose is to educate and develop the next generation of Ontological Life Coaching. By integrating principles from cognitive psychology and ontology, we provide Explorers with the essential skills, knowledge, self-awareness, and transformational experiences needed to support both personal and professional growth.
我们的任务是教育和训练下⼀代的⽣命⼯程师。通过认知⼼理学与哲学本质论全⾯且整体的⽅法，为探险家提供必要的技能、知识、⾃我觉察及转型突破，有效地⽀持个⼈当下与专业的成⻓。
The Association exists to promote human well-being and societal progress by cultivating deeper self-understanding and improving quality of life. Through the development of Ontological Life Coaching individuals gain a profound understanding of their way of being, empowering personal transformation and contributing to a better society.
协会是为了促进全⼈类的福祉和进步，并通过提升⼈们的⾃我认知和⽣活质量来达到这个⽬标。通过⽣命⼯程师培养个体对⾃我存在的深层理解，以达到⾃我提升，进⽽提升⼈类⽣活质量。

Our Vision
We envision a world where every individual understands their own way of being and is empowered to recognise their blind spots through the Ontological Life Coaching process, enabling meaningful transformation in both personal and social life.
Our aspiration is to make Ontological Life Coaching accessible to everyone, creating opportunities for holistic human development and nurturing a world enriched by Ontological Life Coaching who facilitate profound personal transformation.
We also envision a global community of Ontological Life Coaching —professionals who are not only skilled in Ontology but are also advocates for self-discovery, authenticity, and positive change. Our goal is for Ontological Life Coaching to become a cornerstone of both personal and professional development, allowing people from all walks of life to benefit from its transformative potential.
协会的愿景
是创造⼀个每个⼈都能了解⾃我存在本质，并能够通过⽣命⼯程的过程看⻅⾃⼰的盲点，从⽽改善他们的⽣活和社会的世界。我们希望通过⽣命⼯程师的普及，使每个⼈都有机会实现全⼈发展的可能性，创造⼀个由⽣命⼯程师丰富的世界，通过⽣命⼯程促进深刻的个⼈转型突破。我们期望看到⼀个全球性的⽣命⼯程师社区，不仅是⽣命⼯程本质论的专家，也是⾃我发现、真实性和积极变⾰的倡导者。我们的⽬标是使⽣命⼯程师成为个⼈和专业发展领域的基⽯，让所有⼈都可以接触并受益。
What We Believe
We believe that Persatuan Ontologi Malaysia belongs to this generation.
As civilisation continues to evolve, so do the challenges and needs of society. Our Association exists to respond to these needs, serve humanity, and contribute meaningful solutions.
For this reason, POM does not belong to any single individual, nor to any particular group.
It belongs to this generation.It is a movement dedicated to advancing humanity and creating a better future for generations to come.
